Derek Steinbrenner and Barry Schlosser, co-authors of Cambria’s Coaching Impact Study™, will share follow-up data from six organizations on the impact of coaching and client perspectives. Included will be the results of our Coach Competencies Assessment (“CCA”), based on research conducted with coaching practice leaders and both external and internal executive coaches. The presenters will also comment on the possible practice-related implications of our findings.
