Our client, Erica Bovaird of NASA, will be presenting one of four cases in an intimate forum that brings stakeholders of coaching in organizations together. The focus of the two days is on case studies from real organizations and the challenges facing their coaching practice leaders, presented by those practice leaders. Attendees collaborate to identify ways to address those challenges, and through the experience, they gain practical resources and strategies they can apply to their own organizations. It’s also a great opportunity to network with fellow coaching program managers. Ellen Kumata, Cambria’s Managing Director, will also be attending.
