Ayantika Paul

Ayantika contributes to projects in selection and leadership development at Cambria. 
She specifically focuses on Cambria’s Survey and Assessment practice, where she designs new assessment and survey methodologies and instruments for Cambria’s clients.
Prior to Cambria, Ayantika worked with Aon Consulting’s Talent Solutions division in the areas of personnel selection, training, and executive development. Previously, she was a consultant in psychometric assessment and development with the SHL Group.
Ayantika holds a BS in Economics (Honors) from University of Calcutta, and a Master in Business Economics, with specialization in Marketing, from the University of Delhi. She has also completed the MA program in Educational Psychology, with a concentration in Psychological Measurement and Evaluation, from New York University.
