Christa contributes to a wide variety of client projects, including recruiting and selection, executive onboarding, performance management, 
employee and leadership development, and succession planning projects. Although her work spans all of Cambria’s practice areas, she has focused on developing interactive web-based systems that facilitate recruiting, talent development, succession planning and the onboarding of new leaders. Her client engagements include work in the financial services, management consulting, aerospace and defense, insurance and technology industries.
Prior to Cambria, Christa worked with The Boston Consulting Group and the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union.
Christa holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University with a concentration in Marketing.
