Steve, who co-leads Cambria’s Consulting practice, has over 30 years of experience in organizational and human resources management consulting.
He has managed large projects involving the customized design of competency-based HRM systems and applications, including recruitment and selection, leadership training and development, performance management, 360-degree feedback, and executive coaching. He has worked with clients in both the private and public sectors and has been the overall project manager on Cambria’s largest federal government projects, including engagements for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Prior to Cambria, Steve was a Principal at McBer and Company (now part of the Hay Group), where he focused on the design of competency-based training projects, including the Leadership Management Education and Training (LMET) program for the US Navy. Previously, Steve was an organizational development consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc., in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Steve received a BA in Social Psychology from Harvard College and an MBA (Organizational Behavior) from the Harvard Business School.
