Tim Kroecker

Tim, who co-leads Cambria’s Survey practice, specializes in the design, development, and implementation of 
competency- based recruiting and management development systems. His specialties include designing online simulations, role profiling and career path analysis. He also provides consultation to clients on assessment process design, statistical analysis, and a wide variety of survey instrumentation and feedback vehicles. His clients have included high technology, software, aerospace and defense, professional services, and public utilities organizations as well as large federal agencies.
Prior to Cambria, Tim was a consultant with Stephen A. Laser Associates, organizational psychologists, where he specialized in customized assessment design. Previously, he was a technical support supervisor for SPSS, Inc.
Tim received a BA in Psychology from St. Josephs College, an MBA from City College of New York, Bernard Baruch College, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
