Valerie Moore
Director of Client Services
Valerie has over 25 years of experience working with global Fortune 500 companies in business development and strategy execution.
She has worked with executives across a wide variety of industries to help them execute their go-to-market strategies quickly, profitably, and with high impact. Her areas of expertise include consultative selling, sales training, sales effectiveness, human capital management, negotiation training, personal development, simulation and experiential learning, and Web2.0 interactive learning.
Her role at Cambria involves understanding client needs, exploring innovative solutions, and matching the talent and resources of the firm to ensure successful program design and delivery. She will be supporting our work across all of Cambria’s four practices — Consulting, Executive Coaching, Assessment, and Interactive Services.
Prior to joining Cambria, Valerie was Vice President at BayGroup International working with client companies to help them successfully execute their sales strategy through implementation of strategic projects that included research, highly tailored training, and tracking of results and reinforcement through executive leadership communication campaigns, management coaching, and internet-delivered performance support tools.
Valerie holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Northeastern University. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Association for Data Processing Trainers (ADAPT), and was Chapter President of the Association for Image and Information Management (AIIM).
