Jill Olmstead, Senior Consultant

Jill is a senior consultant and executive coach for Cambria with over 25 years of human resources and organizational leadership experience. She was most recently managing director and head of human resources for Corporate and Investment Banking and for International Businesses at Wachovia Corporation. Prior to that, she created and led the Leadership Practices organization, focusing on corporate wide talent strategies such as succession planning, high potential development, executive development and coaching, employee engagement, and diversity. Her skills as a leader and organizational consultant allow her to help executives determine the best leadership and employee strategies for complex, changing business environments, including global, M&A, and start-up ventures. She has advised leaders across many businesses in large-scale change efforts, human resource management, culture integration, leadership development, and organizational and executive consulting. She has built a reputation as an executive and consultant with a strategic and pragmatic approach to talent management with an eye toward bottom line results.

As an executive coach, Jill works with leaders at senior and c-suite levels to assess and identify strategies for their personal and organization’s success. She often works with leaders in the midst of professional or organizational transition.

Jill holds a BS in financial management from Clemson University, and a MA in organization and leadership development with a concentration in coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
