Krisann is a principal consultant and executive coach for Cambria with 25 years of in-depth experience in talent management, organizational change, and executive coaching. Consulting both internationally and across the US, Krisann has worked with senior and C-suite executives in a broad range of industries, including financial services, chemicals, brokerage, agricultural, IT, insurance, and the federal government. Her areas of expertise include integrating strategic vision, merger integration and culture change, and, leveraging business skill and interpersonal competence to achieve increased organizational performance and human capital impact.
A recent cornerstone of her work was helping to lead a nationally recognized, award-winning executive coaching practice for Wachovia Corporation, now Wells Fargo. As an executive coach, Krisann brings clarity, pragmatism, insight, and a track record for optimizing leaders’ effectiveness and performance. Her areas of coaching expertise include change management and accelerated growth, global expansion and challenges, talent management, executive presence, diversity, and cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
Krisann holds a BA in communication from the University of Kentucky and an MA in psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. She is a member of the OD Network, the International Coach Federation (ICF), the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO) and the International Enneagram Association. She has also been a frequent conference presenter on the value and impact of self-development and self-awareness in executive coaching, leadership, and team development.
