Steve, a founding partner of Cambria and a co-leader of the firm’s Consulting practice, has 30 years of experience in organizational and strategic human resource management consulting. During that time Steve has managed projects involving the customized design of competency-based human resource management systems and applications, including recruitment and selection, leadership training and development, performance management, 360 feedback, executive coaching, executive assessment and succession planning. In his work with different organizations, Steve has studied jobs that range from senior executives to individual contributors. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries in the private sector, and he has been overall project manager of some of Cambria’s largest government projects, including those with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Transportation Security Administration.
Prior to Cambria, Steve was a vice president at McBer and Company and an organizational development consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc. in Cambridge, MA.
Steve holds a BA in social psychology from Harvard College and an MBA in organizational behavior from the Harvard Business School.
