Wayne is a senior consultant and executive coach for Cambria with over 10 years of coaching experience and over 30 years of corporate experience that includes 15 years as president of a chemicals division of Eastman Kodak. As an Eastman Kodak executive, he built high-performance teams, led culture change, and developed leaders. After leaving Kodak, Wayne followed his passion for leadership development and coaching, working with individuals and teams around the world to achieve business results, career success, and personal growth and fulfillment. His clients are CEOs, senior executives, and leaders in a range of industries, including financial services, energy, consumer products, automotive, high tech, construction, chemicals, and the federal government.
Wayne is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaches, a Certified Corporate Coach through Corporate Coach U, and a Six Sigma Management Black Belt. He was also the dean of CoachVille’s Graduate School of Corporate Coaching for five years. Wayne is a member of a number of professional associations, trade associations, and chambers of commerce, serving in leadership positions including president and member of the board of directors. He has also served as the business advisor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, by appointment of the Governor of Massachusetts, on an environmental committee involving other states in the US and provinces in Canada.
Wayne received a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has also completed the Darden School Executive Program at the University of Virginia, the Human Resource Strategy Program at Columbia University, the Leadership Development Program at Eckerd College, the Certified Corporate Coach Program at Corporate Coach U, and the Personal Coaching Program at Coach U.
