Performance Management
A leading player in IT consulting services decided to revisit its performance management process and build an integrated performance management platform that would meet the needs of the entire firm, incorporate a renewed emphasis on results and goal setting, and provide a common look and feel that would allow partners and engagement managers from one part of the business to easily evaluate individuals from other parts of the business. Cambria worked closely with client teams from each of the divisions to build the content and tools needed to create the new performance management process, including best practices for performance management in global services companies, detailed guidance and help for completing different sections of the performance management process, and validation of the criteria used for assessing how results were achieved. Further development and refinement of the process is ongoing.
