Cambria worked with a worldwide executive search firm to enhance their competency-based approach to the executive search process. Cambria helped the client create a new competency framework covering key search positions, drawing on Firm experience and Cambria’s competency database of senior executives in a wide variety of organizations. Cambria then collaborated with a core team of Firm professionals to design an interviewing and assessment workshop focused on developing position specifications, candidate interviews and assessment, and the preparation of candidate letters for presenting candidates to clients.
