Roundtable: 360-degree Feedback – What’s Next?

Although 360-degree feedback has been around for nearly 30 years, over that time, not much has changed. Cambria Consulting and our colleagues at the Management Research Group have been deeply involved in 360-degree feedback programs for over 25 years, and we recognize that there are many areas for potential improvement. We are therefore hosting an invitational roundtable discussion designed to provide a forum for discussing key challenges and issues and the next generation of 360-degree feedback.
Bernie Cullen, Cambria Partner and Survey Practice Leader, and Robert Kabacoff, Vice President Research, at the Management Research Group, will host and facilitate this roundtable discussion. Bernie and Rob each have 25+ years of experience researching, designing and developing 360-degree feedback instruments and processes. The roundtable will be held on two dates: Tuesday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 4, at Cambria’s headquarters offices in Boston. Attendees will be limited to a select group of practitioners who have experience managing substantial 360-degree feedback projects.

Roundtable: Sourcing Great Coaching Talent

This Council is a group of corporate leaders representing their different industries and perspectives, whose members are responsible for Executive Coaching and/or leading Executive Coaching practices. This meeting will be discussing the sourcing of executive coaches, current executive coaching trends, and various tools utilized in the field of executive coaching. Colleen has experience with both corporate and consultant executive coaching, and will be a panelist for this roundtable conversation. She will be sharing her insights gained through experience with the attendees through the large group discussion.
