Boston, MA (March 13, 2008) – Cambria Consulting, a premier HR consulting firm, announces the release of a major enhancement to Coaching Director™, the firm’s revolutionary web-based coaching management system.
Coaching Director is the only commercially available system of its kind, tailored to managing complex coaching programs and initiatives, and is a flagship product of Cambria’s executive coaching practice. Developed in partnership with Fortune 200 organizations, Coaching Director reduces the administrative burden of managing executive coaching programs and practices while providing real-time access to engagement status, progress, and other critical information, as well as sophisticated aggregate reporting capabilities. Coaches use Coaching Director to keep their activity logs, milestone status, and biographical information up-to-date so program managers can access them as needed.
The upgrade to version 2.0 brings over 100 new or enhanced administrative capabilities, including sophisticated self-service functions that allow administrators to add, modify, and remove coaches, participants, coaching engagements, and other administrators; a more robust and flexible administrative structure to manage multiple coach groups and programs; and enhancements to report design and filtering capabilities.
