Group and Team Coaching

Coaching is not only talent development. It's a catalyst for creating a true performance and results culture.

Have you thought about extending your developmental reach through Group or Team Coaching?

Cambria Coaching’s Group and Team Coaching programs give organizations a way to engage more people in the coaching experience by combining peer support with the one-on-one benefits an experienced coach can deliver.

Cambria’s experience in organizational and individual development is the foundation for our approach to group and team coaching. We recognize that group and team dynamics are different and adjust our approaches accordingly.

Group Coaching focuses on peers who may not work together but who are focused on developing similar skills, addressing common business issues, or accelerating development through action learning. We often initiate Group Coaching as a follow-up to a workshop that has brought people together.

Team Coaching focuses on developing individuals who have been or will be working together over the long term. Compared to a group, teams identify more closely with uniform goals and norms and typically involve more complex interpersonal dynamics. Team Coaching facilitates people working better together over time, and incorporates up-front assessment of individual styles and real-time feedback from team members in the context of the team’s goals and objectives.

Cambria’s Group and Team Coaching engagements both begin with client collaboration and include planning, design, implementation, coaching and evaluation phases. The coaching phase will include both one-on-one and group sessions.

Cambria clients today use Group and Team Coaching to:

  • Provide cost-efficient coaching to a large number of employees
  • Develop skills in a supportive environment that brings people together, cultivates an internal peer network, and aligns development with business goals
  • Foster cross-functional professional relationships (Group)
  • Refine communication and collaboration skills among team members (Team)

Please let us help you use Group and Team Coaching to augment your development efforts.
