Drawing on her experience as a global capital markets executive, Fredia brings to her coaching a deep understanding of business realities, organizational savvy, and strategic sensibility combined with seasoned pragmatism. Her flexible and collaborative approach and multi-functional, cross-cultural perspective enable her to quickly grasp the unique challenges facing each individual. Fredia has degrees in Modern Languages and Education, and holds an MBA (with highest honors) from the Simmons School of Management. She completed coach training through New Ventures West and Results Coaching Systems and is certified in assessment tools such as Myers Briggs, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Circle Profile. She serves on the board of The Boston Club, an organization dedicated to the advancement of women’s leadership.
