During his more than 30-year career in Human Resource management, including ten years working at the C-suite level as Chief Human Resource Officer, Jack designed and delivered executive development programs working with individuals in the C-suite and high potential leaders to fill the executive talent pipeline. He served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and Board members throughout his career in matters spanning talent management, executive transitions, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Since leaving his last internal leadership role, Jack has conducted many executive coaching engagements, including DuPont, Rayonier, the Federal Reserve, Frontier Communications, Norfolk Southern, Performance Food Group, and Vectrus.
Jack emphasizes practical methods to achieve and sustain changes in behavior that foster success and high quality strategic business results. Jack specializes in working both with executives at the C-suite as well as high potential executives who aspire to that level of responsibility, adapting his approach based upon the needs of each client. Depending on the situation, coaching clients can expect Jack to employ effective listening skills, an appropriate mix of questions or challenges to inspire deeper reflection, timely insights based on his years of executive C-suite experience, and to foster personal accountability for results.
Jack holds a BA in labor studies from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Masters in Management with an emphasis in human resource management from the University of Phoenix.
