Jim has more than 20 years experience helping numerous organizations address talent management challenges across a broad spectrum – including executive coaching, succession planning, executive assessment, executive development, performance management, leadership development, and internal coach development.
Jim has particular expertise and experience in talent management processes including onboarding, assessing potential, succession planning, and developing talent at all levels from High Potentials to Senior Level Executives. Additionally, he has deep experience developing leadership talent to manage growth assignments and maximize performance, and assisting leaders with new leader onboarding, career transitions, and starting new businesses. His work has resulted in improved successor readiness for succession plans and deeper leadership pipelines to meet the needs of growing businesses.

Additionally, Jim has experience in the design and delivery of internal global coaching strategies.
Jim brings significant corporate experience to his consulting work, especially from his past executive-level experience in a range of companies. He has held VP, Senior Executive, and Director level positions in Leadership Development and Talent Management within Fortune 500 companies, including Citibank, American Express, AT&T, ADP, CIBC World Markets, Pershing, and Continental Airlines. As an external coach and consultant, Jim has worked with DuPont, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Frontier Communications
Education, Professional Activities
Jim holds a Masters of Music degree from Florida State University and a Bachelors of Music degree from Jacksonville University. He is a Certified Professional Coach from the Center for Coaching Certification, a program recognized by the International Coach Federation. He is an active member of the OD Network and the Atlanta chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
