Client Services manager
Jessica Trahan is a Client Services Manager focused on supporting Cambria’s coaching practice leaders across a range of client delivery and internal operations issues. Specifically, Jessica works with Cambria’s coaching management, coaches in Cambria’s Coach Network, and partners to facilitate a wide spectrum of processes – including contract execution, delivery, invoice processing, and other operational priorities.
Prior to joining Cambria, Jessica worked in client services at Underwriters Laboratories, where she managed a team of 10 employees across a full range of client services and operations responsibilities – including connecting clients to subject matter experts, prioritizing daily client work, troubleshooting test methods with laboratory management team, hiring and training new employees, and working across departments on process improvement and workflow management challenges.
Jessica has a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
