Jim has more than 20 years’ experience helping organizations address talent management challenges across a broad spectrum, including executive coaching, succession planning, executive assessment, executive development, performance management, leadership development, and internal coach development. Additionally, he has deep experience developing leadership talent to manage growth assignments and maximize performance.
Jim’s coaching expertise centers on executive presence; leadership skills and challenges; new leader onboarding and career transition coaching; self-awareness; team dynamics; action learning; performance-based coaching; and work/life balance. Additionally, Jim has designed and delivered training to HR professionals and managers to help them become skilled internal coaches.
Jim holds a Masters of Music degree from Florida State University and a Bachelors of Music degree from Jacksonville University. He is a Certified Professional Coach from the Center for Coaching Certification, a program recognized by the International Coach Federation. He is an active member of the OD Network and the Atlanta chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
