Randy Manner

Randy works with CEOs, C-Suite and senior executives, high potential leaders, and leadership teams to leverage positive changes in behaviors and actions from the top that are accentuated and amplified as they ripple down and across the culture of the organization. His emphasis on helping executives and leadership teams to implement change is one of his strongest differentiating critical success factors. As a trusted adviser and coach, Randy is committed to helping leaders make significant and positive change in their business, their personal lives, and in the lives of the people they lead.

Randy is able to rapidly connect with senior executives to identify potential behavior shifts to support their desired business outcomes and explore options and behavior changes that they otherwise might not consider. As a former US Army General Officer and a C-Suite officer of a billion-dollar firm, he has the diversity of experience to bring greater clarity to challenges and opportunities that are particularly complex or ambiguous. His passion to serve extends into every one of his coaching, facilitation, and consulting engagements.

Randy has a BS in computer science from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and post-graduate certificates in national security policy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and leadership coaching from Georgetown.
