Sandy delivers a unique combination: 20 years’ financial and line management experience and 10+ years of executive coaching, talent management and diversity – notably in the financial services industry and in other top global firms. Throughout her career she has had exposure to CEOs and EVPs in both business and advisory roles through multiple M&A transition points, and has amassed an impressive set of experience-based skills to help executives weather any transition. These include partnering with existing and high potential executives in a pragmatic and meaningful way to support them in areas that will have the highest impact and best business results.
Sandy is recognized for her active listening skills and ability to provide insight and candid feedback in ways that her clients can truly hear and take action to increase their effectiveness. Sandy has a special interest in working with high-potential leaders, C-suite and C-suite succession candidates, and women. She especially enjoys working with clients who are open to professional development growth and how it impacts their success.
Sandy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a BA from Saint Mary’s College, and completed NYU’s Executive Coaching program.
