Operations Manager

Sarah Callaghan

As Operations Manager, Sarah’s focus is on process evaluation and development across Cambria’s practice areas with an eye toward consistency and maximum efficiency. She also leads proposal development efforts and manages large-scale projects, documenting processes and best practices along the way to establish repeatable solutions.

In her previous role as a Client Services Manager in our coaching practice, Sarah oversaw hundreds of coaching engagements and projects across a number of client organizations, interfacing with client coaching program managers, process administrators, contract officers, and cadre coaches to oversee contracting, delivery, and invoicing, address specific needs, facilitate program success, and troubleshoot issues.

Prior to joining Cambria, Sarah was senior project manager for Road Scholar, where she managed its website, email marketing, and fundraising campaigns. Sarah graduated Summa cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in psychology.
