Scott has over 17 years of experience in designing and implementing talent management solutions for Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies. Over a ten-year period, he was part of and then led Cambria’s survey practice, designing and delivering performance management, multi-rater feedback, and organizational survey solutions. Scott combined his dual expertise in talent assessment and technology to create our TalentApp® technology platform, used to deliver Cambria’s talent development solutions.



Prior to joining Cambria, Scott was a project manager in the UK Ministry of Defense, where he designed and implemented planning and data-gathering applications as a member of the multinational project management team for Europe’s largest defense project. Previously, he worked as a project management consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. There he developed and maintained the plan for nationwide linkage of medical-claims processing systems, and he redesigned the provider data-management process.



Scott holds a B.Eng. degree from Nottingham University, England, and an ALM in information technology from Harvard University.
