Over a ten-year period, he was part of and then led Cambria’s survey practice, designing and delivering performance management, multi-rater feedback, and organizational survey solutions. Scott combined his dual expertise in talent assessment and technology to create our TalentApp® technology platform, used to deliver Cambria’s talent development solutions.
