Wayne Jones

An executive coach since 1999, Wayne works with individuals and teams from around the world to achieve high-performance results. Wayne coaches the whole person to ensure personal fulfillment and career success while achieving business success. He has a keen ability to hear and appreciate what’s being said, to relate to the person as well as the leader, and to understand the underlying dynamics of people, teams, and organizations. His three decades of corporate experience include 15 years as president of a chemicals division of Eastman Kodak.

Wayne holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He has completed the Darden School Executive Program at the University of Virginia and the Human Resource Strategy Program at Columbia University. He is a Certified Master Coach, a Certified Corporate Coach, and a certified Coach Facilitator. He is also a Management Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology and has worked in Japan directly with Toyota consultants on the world-famous Toyota Production System for Lean Manufacturing.
