Luz is a Client Services Coordinator in Cambria’s coaching practice, supporting business development, client projects, and practice initiatives. As new coaching opportunities or requests arise, Luz identifies appropriate resources from Cambria’s network of coaches that will meet client needs and expectations, preparing bios and relevant information.
Luz supports the Client Services Team on several large client accounts, tracking engagement or project process, ensuring the account team stays connected, and managing timely and accurate communication to both the clients and coaches.
Background
Prior to joining Cambria, Luz worked as a paralegal for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office where she worked with attorneys, legal analysts, paralegals, and others on a range of complaints filed with the Attorney General.
Education, Professional Activities
Luz has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where she also served as president of the local chapter of Silver Wings of the Air Force ROTC.
