Client Services Manager
Katie leads the Client Services Team in Cambria’s coaching practice, collaborating with Cambria’s account managers and other members of account and project teams – including consultants, contractors, finance, and other contributors – to facilitate smooth, effective, and high-quality service delivery. In her Client Services work, she consults on sales opportunities, manages complex client projects, solidifies, and maintains a strong client service infrastructure, and fosters strong relationships with Cambria’s client contacts and network of coaches and alliance partners.
In addition to client work, Katie provides direction and coaching to the other members of the Client Services team; and develops, updates, and ensures consistent implementation of processes, standards, and best practices for the group.
Prior to joining Cambria, Katie was a project manager at Lesley University, overseeing the development and operations of numerous courses, institutes, and conferences throughout the year, and managing a team of administrative assistants. Katie graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with dual BA degrees in television/radio/film and policy studies.
