Listening to Help Heal Raw Emotions

Everyone at Cambria feels the deep range of emotions that have been on such obvious display across the country since the tragic death of George Floyd in Minneapolis – including shock, sadness, anger, frustration, and more.

As a firm, we believe in the fundamental potential of every human being – regardless of race, color, creed, gender, or sexuality. What’s more, we are committed to the principles of equity, fairness, diversity, and inclusiveness.

Cambria stands with victims of racism and social injustice everywhere. At this time, few words have more resonance than those on the placards of demonstrators from coast to coast: Black lives matter.

We will add to the timely dialog around diversity and inclusiveness soon. And, as many people have rightly urged, we welcome this opportunity to listen deeply to the many voices demanding to be heard.
