Delivering Sustainable Top-Down Executive Coaching

Three years ago, Cambria embarked on a strategic coaching initiative with a Fortune 200 global manufacturer that began with one person — the company’s chairman and CEO — and progressed to include over 100 top executives to support a global vision and the leadership capabilities needed to achieve it. An IJCO article, co-authored by Cambria’s Derek Steinbrenner and two of the client’s principal program managers, chronicles how the company, through executive coaching, not only created sustainable behavior change but began to change the culture of the company as well.
