Cambria developed and implemented a suite of 360-degree feedback instruments for individual contributors, supervisors, leaders, and program managers across all the countries in which the company operates.
The assessments are based on an overall competency structure, or “common language,” that is specific to the organizational level of the participant. The assessment is “on demand,” meaning that any individual with permission can initiate the process, select his/her feedback providers (direct manager, secondary manager, peers, direct reports, and/or others), launch the assessment, monitor the status of respondent participation, and generate the report.
Since the assessments were introduced, more than a thousand people per year have opted to participate. The assessments are available in six languages — English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese — with each user able to select his or her preferred language.
