Cambria is Hiring.

Cambria is looking to add a US-Based Principal-level consultant to our team to support the work of our Executive Coaching Practice. We are interested in talking to experienced external (independent or consulting firm experience) or internal (corporate) individuals, including former executives, who can close new business via their subject matter expertise in strategic executive coaching and relationship skills as well as develop and deliver high quality coaching services to private and public sector clients. Candidates must be able to provide executive coaching for senior leaders, so a depth of experience (minimum 5 years) coaching at the C-Suite level in large organizations is required.

The position also includes managing complex client projects and account relationships; generating new business with existing and new clients; and collaborating effectively with clients, fellow Cambrians and Spencer Stuart team members, and independent executive coaches in our Cambria Coach Network to help grow the business.
