(Boston, MA 11/5/2018) – Cambria Consulting, the Boston-based innovator of solutions that accelerate talent development, has launched a new publication called Cambria Lens to provide insights and analysis on timely topics at the intersection of talent and strategy.
The debut issue of Cambria Lens provides new perspectives on how organizations apply coaching to address important strategic and business goals.
“We see Cambria Lens as a vehicle to explore important talent strategy topics and new solutions that work for organizations today,” said Ellen Kumata, managing partner of Cambria Consulting. “Our focus on coaching is timely – many leading organizations now go beyond the use of coaching as an individual development tool and focus it company-wide to help drive results in today’s disruptive business environment,” Kumata added.
Cambria Lens is a periodic publication focused on one topic per issue. The launch issue features three articles with new perspectives on coaching – including linking executive coaching to organizational strategy, coaching for organizational change, and how best to build internal coaching capacity across the organization.
Cambria Consulting has been innovating new approaches to talent strategy since 1985. The firm specializes in individual and team development — including coaching, executive assessment, competency modeling, role profiling, succession planning, leadership development, and leadership team effectiveness.
