More than three-quarters of our coaches have held leadership positions inside such organizations, including at the C-suite level. More than 80 percent have a post-graduate degree in such fields as business, law, and the behavioral sciences, and more than a third have an International Coach Federation credential. Each also passes a rigorous vetting process to join our network, ensuring that our clients are working with the best coaches available.
