Cambria’s diverse, global network of business-savvy coaches brings an average of over a decade of experience coaching leaders in large, complex organizations. More than three-quarters of our coaches have held leadership positions inside such organizations, including at the C-suite level. More than 80 percent have a post-graduate degree in such fields as business, law, and the behavioral sciences, and more than a third have an International Coach Federation credential. Each also passes a rigorous vetting process to join our network, ensuring that our clients are working with the best coaches available.
